It was very interesting and informative, but, unfortunately, to no avail. I understood that I had not found the main cause of my problems, and it was pointless to continue searching for a solution.
Then I read Vlad Svetoch’s book Metamorphoses of our thoughts twice. I immediately realized that we were talking about the most important, basic mechanism, which forms the events of our life. Without hesitation I signed up for a consultation and for the entire training.
A painstaking, daily work began on the restructuring of the worldview system. Old habits did not recede immediately. And in this regard, I am especially grateful to Vlad Evgenievich for his patience, painstaking attitude to trifles that I myself did not notice at first and missed.
After some time, after about a month and a half, I began to notice that I reacted completely differently to those events, people, situations that previously led me to indignation, aggression, hostility. The methodical work showed results, and I saw and felt it myself.
The attitude towards people, towards life changed, I felt optimistic and confident in my own capabilities; the body breathed a sigh of relief.
The MTTM methodology turned out to be the universal, powerful tool that, by and large, is necessary for every person who wants to live in harmony with themselves and the world around them.
Our training with Vlad Evgenievich continue. I feel like a different person.
